Processing Time

As most of the pieces are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production, processing, and handling, though we will ship your order as soon as it is ready.

Orders are processed and put into production Monday-Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders which are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. If your order is placed on or during a major holiday, your order will be processed the following business day unless we notify you otherwise.

Shipping

Annalise Designs orders will be shipped via USPS and will include signature confirmation and insurance. 

All customers will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Our Flat shipping rate is $10.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, without exception.

Lost or Unreceived Shipments

If your package gets lost in transit, Annalise Designs will do everything possible to assist in locating your package, though we do not assume any responsibility for packages once they are with USPS and/or proof of delivery is generated.

For all orders we strongly recommend choosing USPS with signature and insurance.

Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust and select a shipping method accordingly. 

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

Packages returned with delivery failure (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) due to customer error will incur a $5.00 restocking/reshipping fee. A restocking & reshipping fee will be applied to the final refund amount or charged upon re-shipment of the order once the original package is received in-house.

Cancellation / Change Orders

Once orders are placed, they are put into production, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please email us at anna@annalisedesigns.com to discuss any changes. We will try our best to accomodate.

Return Policy

If you decide that the item that you have ordered is not suitable, please e-mail us for pre-approval for the return within 14 days of purchase. 

In the email, please provide us with the following details: name, email, phone number, order date, returned item, reasons for return, and method of payment.

Once your return has been pre-approved, please return the item back to us, insured.

The jewelry must arrive unworn, in the pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt within 14 days of your receiving the order. If these requests are met, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping charge. 

Annalise Designs reserves the right to exercise discretion in denying returns due to the condition of the product.
